Requirements:

Bachelors Degree from a reputable university Min. 3-4 years of work experience as an executive assistant (experience in supporting more than one executive is an asset)
Good command of written and spoken English
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is a must
Able to handle high-level confidential information
Ability to organize and manage daily activities of Executive Team
Ability to handle multi tasks
Dynamic and enthusiastic

Job Description:

Providing full administrative support to the CEO and the Partners regarding all needed processes and engagements
Prepare formatted written documents like reports, proposals, contracts, bills etc.
Arrange and coordinate meeting schedules, business travels and etc.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls
Maintain calendar of the leaders
Input datas to specific databases and monitoring
