I am an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice, advising local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters. I am actively involved in license application projects for payment and electronic money institutions, providing regulatory support, particularly in the FinTech sector. I also assist my colleagues on competition law matters, with a focus on merger clearance applications before the Turkish Competition Authority, and contribute to various legal assessments and advisory work across different areas of law.

I am an Associate at BTS & Partners, mainly focusing on Media and Entertainment Law, Employment Law, and Litigation and Dispute Resolution. My practice involves working extensively on media-related matters, including content assessments, regulatory issues, and legal processes concerning major social network providers, as well as employment law matters for both Turkish and international parties. I am also involved in dispute resolution processes across a wide range of legal matters and contribute to the handling of complex legal issues arising in both public and private law contexts. I also take part in various legal assessments and advisory processes in different areas of law.

I am an Associate at BTS&Partners and I work mainly in the areas of Sustainabilty and Compliance and other fields of private law. Before joining BTS, my focus was primarily on maritime law also employment law and insurance law matters within various multinational firms.

As a associate in our firm’s Privacy team, I assist local and international clients with various legal matters. Before joining BTS, I had the opportunity to enhance my theoretical knowledge with practical experience in different areas of law through internships at various law firms, including BTS&Partners. Additionally, I have supported my personal development by participating in various competitions and training programs. My Erasmus experience in Barcelona, where I studied under a different legal system, further enriched my understanding and perspective of the law.

As a full-time associate, I joined BTS Partners in July 2025. Data Protection & Privacy is one of the primary focus areas that I would like to specialize in and with reference to my career experience, I have provided legal support to both national and international clients within the scope of conducting compliance processes, business set-ups for technological initiatives and innovations, particularly KVKK projects involving start-ups and scale-up initiatives in the main stream. I also play an active role in the KVKK Working Group as a member of the Compliance Association. My ultimate goal is to develop and promote business processes with practical and rapid solutions by providing full-fledged services to clients within the scope of internet law & e-commerce, advertisement & media requirements as well as Data Protection & Privacy in today’s fast digitalizing age.

With over five years of experience in data protection compliance, I specialize in GDPR and KVKK frameworks, holding a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification. My professional journey includes leading data protection projects for various sectors, advising on regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal solutions in complex, heavily regulated environments. My aim is to deliver tailored and practical legal strategies, ensuring clients achieve compliance efficiently while mitigating potential risks.
