As a lawyer who started her career at BTS, I have been growing with our firm’s full service and multidisciplinary approach and providing legal services that touch upon every legal field affecting digital markets. While my services mainly focus on providing IT law and public policy advice for top local and international technology companies, I also advise clients in their media, privacy, advertisement, and product compliance issues and closely work with our employment and competition teams to address my clients’ needs. With my economics major background, I contribute to structuring legal advice supported by a strategic approach and the growth of our firm.

I am a Senior Counsel at BTS&Partners, active in IT law matters; namely, privacy, personal data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, e-commerce and FinTech. In addition to compliance and legal counselling, I lead the IT contract management & regulatory assessment services in connection with due diligence projects for numerous technology-related matters. I am deeply interested in and work on developing technologies, software and new business models. Lastly, my academic works are mostly focused on benchmarking projects with EU acquis and digitalization.

As a Senior Counsel in our IT Law Team, my practice focuses on advising clients on various aspects of technology, data protection and Fintech law. My experience includes providing expert advice to clients on matters relating to data privacy, financial technologies, outsourcing and media regulations. I predominantly advise banks, financial service providers and IT companies, as well as broadcasting companies in these areas.

I support domestic and international clients on all matters related to the protection of personal data and compliance with industry-specific privacy laws, primarily in the banking and financial technologies sectors. Additionally, I work on compliance and licensing projects for payment service providers and electronic money institutions.
