Currently, as an Associate, I am gaining valuable insights and practical experience in our firm’s Corporate and M&A Department. Here, my role involves actively participating in license application projects for both local and international payment and e-money institutions. I work closely with venture capital and private equity funds, striving to help the team to find practical and commercially viable solutions in corporate transactions. Additionally, I actively engage in projects related to competition law, further enriching my understanding of this dynamic field. Before joining BTS, my focus was primarily on corporate law and competition law matters within various multinational firms.
