Elif Can Karaşen

I am an Associate primarily focused on Corporate and M&A transactions, advising local and international clients on a diverse range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and venture capital, with a particular emphasis on the dynamic field of technology. Additionally, I actively assist my colleagues in obtaining merger clearances from the Turkish Competition Authority for various transactions. Furthermore, I provide assistance to both local and international clients within regulated sectors, such as FinTech and Telecommunication, offering guidance on license application projects and notifications related to management structure.
